CLASSES

Puppy Classes: Individual Virtual Puppy Home Visits are now being scheduled! A four-week group class (Puppy Preschool Socialization - Home Bound Edition!) will be offered to students after completing a Virtual Puppy Home Visit. This class is currently in development, but is coming soon!

Canine Academy Classes: Academy classes that were in process before the the shelter in place order are now taking place via Zoom. We are making adjustments to the curriculum as we work through the current classes. We hope to begin scheduling new classes toward the end of May.

Canine Academy Level 1 Classes are held regularly on Monday evenings at 8pm, or Wednesday evenings at 8pm. A Tuesday morning Level 1 class is scheduled periodically - check with us for the status.

Registrations are being accepted for future Level 1 classes.

Canine Academy Level 2/Novice Rally classes are Mondays at 7pm or Friday mornings at 10:30am. Classes are ongoing so you may join at any time. Completion of Canine Academy Level 1 or trainer permission required. Contact us for availability.

Canine Academy Level 3 classes are Tuesdays at 7pm, Tuesdays at 8pm, Wednesdays at 7pm, or Friday mornings at 9:30am. Completion of Canine Academy Levels 1 & 2 or trainer permission required.

Novice Rally Classes/Level 2 Canine Academy Classes are Mondays at 7pm or Friday mornings at 10:30am. Completion of Canine Academy Level 1 or trainer permission required. Contact us for availability.

Rally Course Classes are now incorporated into the Level 3 Academy classes. Most of the time we will do rally courses, but we also do games (like baseball and tic tac toe), and practice the AKC’s Canine Good Citizen test depending on conditions here. These classes are Tuesdays at 7pm, Tuesdays at 8pm, Wednesdays at 7pm, or Fridays at 9:30am. Completion of Novice Rally or trainer permission required.

PRIVATE INSTRUCTION

Behavior Consultations (available now via Zoom) address behavior problems that are emotionally rooted and therefore different than obedience problems. We work with all the members of your family to find a solution that is best for all of you. 

Private Lessons (available now via Zoom) teach your dog basic good manners in a less distracting environment than group classes and are more flexible with your schedule.
